Your initial consultation is FREE of charge. Contact Zahra to schedule an
appointment. Once we meet with you, we will get a feel of what type of
event you are interested in hosting. We will give you suggestions and
mold your vision into a more realistic plan.
Secondary
Consultation
Once you decide that you would like Fusion Event Planning to manage
your event, we will meet with you for a more in depth consultation.
We will give you a packet that will include vendor choices
and prices, time management, and provide you with more options of what
you may or may not need for your BIG day. Fusion Event Planning will do all the grunt work
of getting you details from all vendors and samples of what is needed,
ex. Favors, invitations, etc.
BIG
Day
The actual day of your event can be hectic, BUT…let Fusion worry about
that. To ensure that everything goes smoothly and without pitfalls,
our team will be at your event to make sure everything
runs smoothly, so sit back and ENJOY!
